1. Count the lug holes
Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).
Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug
2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"
2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"

I was looking for black trailer wheels for my off road trailer project and these are perfect and look beautiful.
I wanted to take a second and say etrailer is a great company. I originally bought 3 wheels for my trailer and 2 were damaged upon arrival. ETrailer sent me 2 new wheels without hesitation. I would refer anyone to etrailer for there trailer and boating needs.
I have not installed the tires and rims yet. I’m sure they will be excellent, as it was dealing with the staff at ETRAILER My original order was on backorder. When the combined tire and rim didn’t appear to ever arrive, the staff at ETRAILER solved my problem. They shipped me the rim and tire separately and arrive in five days. They met my dateline to allow me to go on my motorcycle trip. I could not be more pleased. Outstanding customer service. Will send picture at later date, once installed.

Nice rim for my spare on my trailer. Good price and fast shipping with plenty of seller comunication. Will buy more products from them.
Competitive prices, fast delivery. However, when UPS delivered the box, it had been opened. The tire was considerably deformed, but did not appear damaged. I contacted customer service and was advised to set it out in the sun for a while. After 2 hours, the tire was only slightly less deformed. It was nearly impossible to inflate since the bead would not make contact with the wheel rim. I was able to finally inflate the tubeless tire by installing a tube.

Once I finally got the tire to inflate, it has been fine. Since it is the spare for my trailer it has not actually been on the ground, but it has not lost any pressure.
Great product
Irregular painting, poor paint job, grey primer showing where under sprayed. Poor customer service had to push hard for return/exchange. Be surprised if posted. Will use [online]n next time better return policy will not have to fight for return over defect. Ordered two wheels both defective…..

Thank you for sharing your experience with the rims and sending pictures. We sent out new rims and I wondered if you any other feedback to provide on the new rims.
Wheels themselves are as expected. Round, steel, easy to mount, and I'm sure they'll have a long life. HOWEVER if you care about the finish, perhaps look elsewhere. One had a small imperfection on the outside lip, and a small nick in the paint.
The other wheel of the two I purchased looked like someone spun it on a tire machine with the metal duckbill on the lip. Living in the northeast, things rust. Buying new wheels with damaged finish means they'll rust sooner. Yes, I touched them up with some fresh paint, but it's still a massive disappointment in the quality of the rim and or how it was packaged.
